We are an association of apartment owners in the Lawrence, KS Area seeking to advocate the legal and ethical rights of landlords.
We are the active voice of Lawrence Area apartment owners in both houses of the State Legislature. We promote the best interests of our association’s members by protecting Landlords from unfavorable changes in the law.
All apartment owners in the Lawrence Area have benefited from the Association advocating Landlords’ best interests. Our victories are celebrated by every apartment subject to State law and city ordinances.

We want to personally thank The Grove Apartments/ Campus Crest at Lawrence, Tuckaway Management, LC (Tuckaway, Briarwood, Hutton Farms, Hawker), Downtown Lofts and McCullough Development Inc (Village Square, Hanover Place, Stonecrest Townhomes) for helping make this event such a success. Also we want to thank LAA’s President, Marty Moore for getting his band together to play at the event. We had a great turnout."
